Dear Friend,

Yesterday, I told you about the skeptical man who wrote an email to me.

He expressed his skepticism over being able to generate over $350,000 per month from a teeny, tiny niche built on analog notecards. As proof, I then proceeded to send an email of my earnings over the past month (which totaled over $400,000).

I received an email shortly after this. It was from a man who I believe to be quite sagacious.

His email said:

"Good day, Scott. This skeptical person who you are referring to does not know or understand the power of exponential growth. It doesn't matter what proof you provide to him."

He then continued with:

"Personally, I'm not surprised at your growth... You practiced delayed gratification. All while you chased your hunch. Now you are reaping the rewards of exponential growth."

This wise man is named Doug Carter, and——you know what? My favorite type of people on earth resemble the character of Mr. Doug-fricken Carter. Why? That's simple...

Because Doug Carter Isn’t the Type of Individual That Looks to Make Excuses!

You see, there is a vicious mind disease out there. This mind disease revolves around a "to me" mindset.

A "to me" mindset means whenever things happen in your life, you think they happen to you. However, the results that you experience in the world come not because of things that happen to you, but from things that happen through you. Doug understands this, and more importantly, he understands the power of exponential growth. Make no mistake...

Being Able to Spend Your Days Reading, Writing, Thinking, and Taking Notes Does Not Come About by Accident!

Nor is it easy. However, I will say this, it is simple. It all revolves around one business model that is built on recurring revenue. Furthermore, it is built on a business model of doing things the old way. It is built on a business model of zigging when everyone else is zagging.

You see, we live in an age where everyone and their mother are looking for quick and easy shortcuts. They're looking for that one killer AI tool that allow them to write their book for them. They're looking in all the wrong places for all of the wrong things.

You want to focus on doing the simple things, but you want to do it the hard way, the old way, the deliberate way, the analog way——which is the best way. That is the "secret." It ain't easy, but it is simple.

Doug is right. I experienced exponential growth. A year and nine months ago, I was making $0 a month. Here I am today making multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars per month, month after month after month, and for a good while, the growth was slow. But after you do two things, you begin to experience exponential growth. And those two things that I want to talk about right now are as follows:

First, is Focus.

In order to experience exponential growth, you need to have a sick level of focus. I'm talking about you need to have others criticize you for how often and how much you say no to everything! Literally, in the past two weeks, I have said no to more people than I can count.

I've gotten requests to be on a podcast. I've gotten requests to do an interview that would be published and posted in written form to a bunch of writers. I have gotten several more podcast requests for people running a personal knowledge management podcast, and guess what I said to every one of those people?

I Said, No!

Why? Because I guard my time like an insane person. My wife——aka, the earth angel——often compliments me for my ability to say no to certain things. For instance, even last night, my mom invited me out to dinner with one of her friends who——to put it quite frankly——I find profoundly annoying because she's kind of like a crazy real housewife of Orange County.

I'm thinking to myself, "Why would I waste that mind energy on investing in people whose values don't align with mine? Why would I encourage that?" And so I said, "No." I have a habit of saying no to everything besides that which is aligned with my true goals, and this requires an insane asylum level of focus. You need to be so clear on your goals that you need to have others comment about how often you say no. So that's the first thing.

The Second Is Persistence.

There is a fantastic Calvin Coolidge quote wherein he outlines how nothing out there can take the place of persistence. Talent cannot, genius cannot, creativity cannot. The only thing that matters in this world is persistence. He says the slogan, "press on" has solved and will always solve the problems of the human race.

I believe that to be an absolute fact. There were many times over the past year and nine months where I had heard things of new business models that were working really well, like cohort courses, masterminds, coaching, TikTok shops, anything and everything that is the new shiny object. All of that stuff is crap.

I could have stopped what I was doing and gotten sidetracked, but I didn't. I kept on persisting on the route that I was going on, and that route revolves around the most counterintuitive business model you will ever learn.

Which leads me to what I would like to teach you. You see, I have created a detailed video that shows you every step involved in this business model. The business model I'm talking about will enable you to make six figures writing one thing a month.

My pledge to you is this: I would like to personally work with you and get you to a thousand dollars a month guaranteed. I will not stop working with you until we get you there. We're going to do this by launching a bestselling book that you were born to write. It is going to be based around a niche that you are most passionate about.

This whole business model does not revolve around creating some stupid product for some stupid market. No. It revolves around creating an incredible book that you are passionate about and that you were born to write. If I can make over $400,000 a month by writing about a niche that revolves around analog note taking systems, then anything can work.

If you haven't done so already, I highly recommend you watch this detailed 44-minute video I made on Write to Freedom. It teaches you everything you need to know about the best business model out there for independent writers, creators, and thinkers.

Whether you're someone that's trying to make $10,000 a month from your writing, or if you are a coach, consultant, entrepreneur, business owner, and you want to unlock an insane amount of clients. Ones that flock to your business every single month such that you can scale your income to over a hundred thousand dollars a month like me, then do yourself a favor and watch this video below:

After you watch it, we can have a friendly, casual discussion and talk about any questions you have. If it's a fit, great. If not, great——but at least you've been educated about the best business model out there for independent writers, creators, and thinkers.

Please note I only have a few spots available. Therefore, I highly recommend that you watch this video ASAP while there are still openings.

Press on,

And always remember,

To stay crispy, my friend.
